Memory of Place

In this series, I explore the relationship between the everyday places and our memories of the experiences in them. Over several years, I photographed locations from my past and present–from my childhood bedroom to my therapist's office. Using the tool of AI, I created a simulated person existing in each place. The uncanny and artificial figures demonstrate our sometimes distorted and fractured memories of the places in our lives. Exhibited at Chelsea College of Arts, MA Fine Art Show 2024.
